I really, really like food. I also really, really like being healthy. The two aren’t mutually exclusive but after turning 30, I realized they don’t necessarily go hand in hand either.
Have you ever noticed nobody gives very practical advice on growing up anymore? Instead of really guiding you through the changes they just tell you “welcome to 30” or some other completely unhelpful and overused cliche. We’re left to sift through the interwebs to try and find out if what we’re experiencing is normal or — if webMD has any say in the matter — a life-threatening disease.
I created this blog to keep track of my food — what I’m eating and what I’m experimenting with. Perhaps you’ll find some of it useful. Or maybe you just like looking at pictures of food. No judgements here.
