Bacon Egg Cups

These are super easy to make and freeze well for up to a week.

What You Need
1 Pound Bacon
12 Eggs
Salt & Pepper

What You Need To Do
1. Wrap a piece of bacon around the inside of each cup in a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. Cut the remaining pieces of bacon into 12 equal pieces and place them at the bottom of each cup.
3. Place a foil ball in the center and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the bacon has reached the desired crispiness.
4. Crack a whole egg into each cup and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.

Serves 12
Approximately 240 calories per serving
