In case you hadn’t noticed, I’ve taken some time off to reorganize and rethink the purpose of this blog. Starting in July, it will focus exclusively on healthy weekly menus posted every Sunday as well as recipes, tips and tricks to getting a nutritious meal on the table every weeknight.
Just as before, menus will cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Monday through Friday, leaving the weekends flexible so you can meet your personal needs and the needs of your families. Because what’s a healthy lifestyle if you can’t be flexible?
Over the course of the years I’ve learned that “everything in moderation” is very true and if you focus on being healthy during the week, a fun event or busy weekend won’t knock you completely off your feet.
