Menus will be posted on the Sunday of each week and will cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the following Monday through Friday.
Weekends are up to you. Try something new and adventurous, but whatever you do, try to keep it as healthy as possible. Focus on fresh fruits, veggies and lean proteins.
But if you have to eat that piece of pizza, go for it. Everything in moderation will keep you happy and healthy for years to come.
