Strawberry, Chia and Matcha Parfait


What You Need
1/2 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 Cup granola
5 Strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder

What You Need To Do
1. Layer ingredients however you want, sprinkle chia and matcha.
2. Eat
3. That’s it. There’s nothing else. It’s that simple.

Caloric values will change depending on the type of yogurt and granola you choose.

Serves 1, approx. 180 calories
